Located in a quiet locality of Vadodara, Vraj residence comes across as an ensemble of contemporary and traditional designs. The elevation in combination of bricks and concrete is punctuated by openings that create a play of solids and voids in the mass.
This 2,072 sq ft house, by Nirmanam Design Studio, is defined in minimal and straight lines interiors with a framed facade. The curated materials, textures and finishes, present the minimalistic design intent.
Architect Bhargav Pancholi of Nirmanam Design Studio narrates the design of this beautiful compact house in Vadodara Gujarat.

This has to be one of my favourite compact and practical houses ever. It's well designed, the colors chosen are well thought and complement each other and doesn't look overcrowded. Kudos to the design team and buildofy.

Beautiful pictorial presentation of equally beautiful house. It is after months that I could completely understand the layout vis a vis actual rooms due to step by step house tour. Hence forth Buildofy should continue this format only.

Beautiful, balanced are the few words come to mind along with a rational design. Just that I dont want to be near kitchen when cooking Indian meals without the proper direct egress of fumes. Hope you will fix this in future even as a down draft option. Great job overall - loved it.

That's a fantastic design. I liked it very much. Won't these type of designs with no conventional sunshades will be a problem during rainy season? Won't the constant spraying of water directly to the side windows and also the balcony lead to damage in the long run?

Good design and choice of colors but there is one problem. Home theater seems to have shiny wood and simple walls which reflects sounds and may not give you a feel of full surround sound. This can be avoided by adding large photo frames with foam materials.

Home built up price is 7117320 furniture not included Land size is 235gaz Or 2072 sqft Or 230-235 square yard so price will change accordingly area of land let take 1 cr for land in an average area Edit : Overall 7117320+ 1cr = 17117320 inr
