Hey Dan! I literally just discovered your channel all the way from South Africa ... LOVE THAT THERE'S WINDOWS EVERYWHERE.... makes the home so open and so spacious 👌 The interior decor is absolutely stunning... Love the organic, earthly creams and blue colors and wood throughout the house! Oh my God the primary bathroom and the kitchen! Don't know which is my most favorite between these two areas of the house 💖 The house is a BIG YES for me👌

I love everything about this house. The master bedroom, wood wall, entertainment spaces and the pool just but the icing on the cake. And the interior design was fabulous. Toll Brothers you are definitely on top of your game!!!!.l even had to show a patient how this builder is up on details.

Beautiful home!! Dan does a tremendous job of describing every detail. My husband would love that media room and indoor/outdoor space. For me, it's the kitchen, and beautiful owners suite. Toll brothers are one of the top builders that like.

The Bedrooms definitely are a plus in this home.You just don't find spacious bedrooms that much these day's...love smart homes as well.very easy to maintain"O" and really love the water stone features out side in the pool,and also the manicured lawn with the variety of plants in front of the house...Great job D!👍

Loved everything about it. I have a home that has an atrium in the middle of the house. You see it from all sides two Japanese lace leaf plants green and red plus various other plants that bloom throughout the seasons. You can see the rain and snow falling . I have a patio door which opens up in the kitchen. I leave open in the summer to cool down the hose. The house In saw today reminded me of this house.

Hello Dan. My favorite room is the spacious master bathroom. The bedroom needs to be larger and is missing a sitting area and fireplace. The closet needs to be larger or an additional closet. Like the living space. and kitchen area. The kitchen is missing a pot filler. The outside is missing the grilling station/kitchen and bathroom. Love the sliding patio doors.

I love the spaciousness of the home, but for 2milli+,I would purchase land and build the home, its not enough privacy for me. Keep up the amazing job you do bringing us these fabulous homes from a lot of different price ranges.💯

Love the house and the video. One critique is that you should stop stating the obvious about what can be seen. E.g - instead of “look at these beautiful lighting fixtures” you call attention to the lighting by saying “I know these fixtures cost 4 grand a piece” or “These are “mention brand name” lights” - information not readily apparent when viewing the lighting. Also use on screen text to keep “talk” to as minimal as possible. Also , no harm in being critical about few things - don’t have to gush about everything. That keeps it real for your clients.
