Let's see. Who'd win in an actual fight? never mind abt shit like "power levels". Just to be clear, I'm gonna go off movie jack frost, not nightlight jack frost from the books (considering he'd absolutely dominate lmao--) The movies are rlly vague abt Elsa's limits, and she has pretty specific strength. She specialises using her powers to create weapons and environment to throw around, rather than actual physical force. Eg: during her fight while taming the water element. She never hits with pure magic, rather using her magic to create things to hit and stall it with. She makes shield and physical structures with ease, but in combat she's at a disadvantage, so she relies on her smarts. The only times she uses pure magic to hit with is on Anna, both by accident and during moments of panic, using underdeveloped magic, and those don't do anything so much as get absorbed by her before it affects her, which I'm gonna take a guess will not work on the winter spirit thats been dead for 300 yrs lmao-- Jack is practically made for combat, it's hard to explain. He clearly uses pure magic for his attacks, but most of his pure magic attacks do end up producing physical structures. A memorable bit being his fight against pitch In actual combat, considering how Elsa is terrible at long ranged attacks compared to him, jacks great at both long range and short range, and he has more versatility, and he can fly, I'd say he's got this in the bag tbh, unless she can trap him in an indestructible ice prison, which, debatable, considering how much destructive power he has when he puts his mind to it lol, and how fast he is. U rlly gotta keep in mind that jack is quite literally a 300 yr old spirit who's been flying around playing with the weather for longer than Americas been called America, and no matter what her titles are and what she's considered as in her world, Elsa is very evidently a regular human.
