I’m not American, but that doesn’t happen in Canada. Children have protection rights… and so we never have that issue. If anything, people here complain when we don’t know - because sometimes there are dangerous teenagers and the public wants to know what they look like. It’s rare, but when it happens we question our protection laws.

Exactly.. Still hiding. Sadly some of these people are not qualified. There was a news article about a year ago out of Florida, a school there was giving the test answers for a fee!! There are many (mostly) Haitian nurses out there that did not go to school but now hold a nursing license. I heard that the brother of the woman that ran the school in Florida also ran a school for medical students (doctors) in Virginia I believe. I also blame the State Board for allowing anybody to just open up a school and giving them accreditation. Be careful out there..

What I don’t hear in the statements from the medical center is that they immediately notified the medical licensing board to get this doctor’s license suspended pending the licensing board’s investigation. What is stopping this anesthesiologist from traveling elsewhere to find a new job? The only thing preventing this from happening elsewhere is for the medical licensing board to immediately sanction this doctor’s medical license.

What is the news? What actually happened? They literally told us nothing. It may be that the anesthesiologist has HIV, Hep B, and Hep C and didn't tell anybody. Which is really bad if you're working in the OR, but the blood of your anesthesiologist should never get inside of you anyways, ever. So it's a risk that is typically avoided, but not like they were directly exposed. That's the only thing that could make sense with that many people affected, is that he had the illnesses himself.

Won't get much, probably. That's a big reason why hospitals contract out in the first place. So if anything goes wrong, they can't be held legally liable. I remember when I had my son and they wanted me to sign a waiver saying that if anything went wrong with the anesthesiologist, I had to sue him directly and the hospital would not be held responsible for any wrongdoing. I refused to sign it and still made them give me the anesthesia.

@pamelamls It obviously isn't recommended because needles for single use become dull and cause more skin trauma. Even when it's the one person getting poked with just one needle over and over again leads to increased infection risk. When drawing blood one needle one use. That's it. So if placing IV same rules apply and I believe it's two sticks per person so even the same person can't stick more than twice.

Because he did it in a way that is it very likely to transmit disease, but is theoretically possible. Doses in single use shots of stuff, say a pain killer, can be too big to be of use which causes a lot of waste as yiu only use half of the product and then throw it away. My guess would be he was a head of department and cared about costs so he was sing what should have been a single dose injection multiple times. Probably using an iv to inject through so theoretically, it should not transmit disease. However, there is a very slight possibility that disease could be transmitted that way.

If patients were their top priority, how in the world did their top priority expose 2400 patience. It means they were negligent and patients safety in theatre were not a top priority. Do they want to tell us that none of the theatre staff noticed any wrong doing in 2400 procedures. By not including this persons identity they are leaving it open for him to get employment at another hospital to put people's lives at risk. So they don't have priority to protect as they claim to people's safety.

This. Dismissing him is only part one. He needs to be suspended and given the seriousness and wide scope of the matter, should be sanctioned and forfeit his license to ever practice medicine in Oregon. That alone will negatively impact his ability to secure a medical license in any other of the 50 states. How did this happen, bro? There are so many checks and balances to this that there must’ve been some underlying motive for him to have ignore them all. Criminally negligent.

🍂THE GOSPEL OF WORD OF ALMIGHTY GOD "the Salvation of the last day that Christ brought in the second and last incarnation of His new and holy name" (The Christ of the last days brings life to all and brings a last and eternal way of truth. The work of the last days exposes the work of Jehovah and also of Jesus and all mysteries and mysteries that man does not understand. This is done to reveal the destiny and of humanity and end all works of salvation among humanity. This phase of work brings all things to the end. In the last days, Christ uses various truths to teach people. Reveal the human spirit and check his words and actions. These words are made up of different many truths. As human duty, how to obey God, how to be faithful to God, how a person should live normally, so is God's wisdom, and disposition, and do on. Those words expose how man rejects God in how man is an representation of Satan and an enemy force that opposes God. Judgment gives--away for man to understand the will of God. It also allows man to recognize and know the evil spirit and the roots of his evil, as well as to discover the uglyness and defects of man. These effects are all results of the word of Judgment in the last days.) Almighty God said " The CHRIST of the LAST DAYS brings LIFE to ALL and BRINGS a LAST and ETERNAL WAY of TRUTH. This TRUTH is the WAY by which MAN CAN OBTAIN LIFE and the ONLY WAY by which MAN CAN KNOW GOD and --GOD'S WILL. ☀️🙏 "The WORK of the LAST DAYS EXPOSES the WORK of JEHOVAH and also of JESUS and ALL MYSTERIES and MYSTERIES that MAN DOES NOT UNDERSTAND. ☀️ This is DONE to REVEAL the DESTINY and END of HUMANITY and END ALL WORKS of SALVATION AMONG HUMANITY. ☀️ This PHASE of WORK BRINGS ALL THINGS to the END. 🌺 ALL the MYSTERIES that MAN doesn't UNDERSTAND and MUST be Solved. To ALLOW PEOPLE to HAVE VISION into this THING, and UNDERSTANDING in their Hearts. Only there CAN PEOPLE be DIVIDED by TYPE, ALL the MYSTERIES of WHAT man doesn't UNDERSTAND WILL CERTAINLY be REVEALED. ☀️🙏 ALL TRUTH that was BEFORE UNDERSTANDABLE WILL be CLEARLY. ☀️ And HUMANITY WILL be TOLD ABOUT HIS FUTURE PATH and DESTINATION this is ALL the WORK to be DONE at this STAGE in GOD'S PLAN... 🙏 In this final stage of the work the results are achieved through words. THROUGH gh the WORD man COMES to the UNDERSTANDING of many MYSTERIES and the WORK of GOD, through the WORD man is ENLIGHTENED by the HOLY SPIRIT; through the word man UNDERSTANDS the MYSTERY that has not been SOLVED by PAST GENERATIONS ns as well as the WORK of the PROPHETS and APOSTLES of PAST TIMES and the PRINCIPLES on which they WORK ; through the WORD people COME to an UNDERSTANDING of GOD'S DISPOSITION, as well as HUMAN REBELLION and RESISTANCE and come to an understanding of their own substance. ☀️🙏☀️ Through these steps of work, and all the words spoken; man comes to understand the work of the Spirit in the work of God incarnate, and especially in His entire disposition. " 🙏 In the LAST DAYS, CHRIST USES various TRUTHS to TEACH PEOPLE. REVEAL the HUMAN SPIRIT and CHECK his WORDS and ACTIONS. 🌻 THESE WORDS ARE MADE UP OF DIFFERENT MANY Truths. As human duty, how to obey God, how to be faithful to God, how a person should live normally, so is God's wisdom and disposition, and so on. These words focus on the Spirit of man. And in his bad disposition. ☀️🌻 THOSE WORDS EXPOSE HOW MAN REJECTS GOD in HOW MAN is an REPRESENTATION of SATAN and an ENEMY FORCE that OPPOSES GOD. 😪 In the FULFILLMENT of JUDGMENT, GOD DOESN'T just CLARIFY human NATURE using the WORD; He EXPOSES, CONSIDERS, and EXTINCTS it with permanence. Only such PROCEDURE is CONSIDERED JUDGMENT; Only with THIS kind of JUDGMENT CAN MAN be SUBJECTED and CONVINCED to COMPLETELY SUBMIT to GOD, and MORE than ACHIEVE TRUE KNOWLEDGE of GOD. ☀️🙏 WHAT the WORK of JUDGMENT will CAUSE is MAN'S UNDERSTANDING of GOD'S TRUE FACE and the TRUTH ABOUT his rebellion. 🌻 JUDGMENT GIVES--a WAY for MAN to UNDERSTAND the WILL of GOD. 🙏💐 The purpose of God's works and Plans, and the mysteries and mysteries that cannot be understood. It also ALLOWS MAN to RECOGNIZE and KNOW his EVIL SPIRIT and the ROOTS of his EVIL, as WELL as to DISCOVER the UGLYNESS and DEFECTS of MAN. 😪🙏 These EFFECTS are all RESULTS of the WORK of JUDGMENT in the LAST DAYS. Because the SPIRIT of THIS WORK is the OPENING of the TRUTH, the WAY, and the LIFE to ALL who have FAITH in HIM. " 🙏🙏 From "The Word Appears in the Flesh" Fulfillment in (John 1:1) and (Ezekiel 2::9-10), (Rev. 19:9,13) 📩 All who have "ears to listen" are led to what the Spirit of God is saying in His lowered and built kingdom/Church engraved with His new name, His totality, the ownership of this disposition, "THE CHURCH OF ALMIGHTY GOD "💐 fulfillment from what was said He to Peter 2,000 years ago recorded in (Matthew 16:18-19). His Coming is the fulfillment of all that was prophesied in the great book of Revelation, so the last "Salvation" He brought the whole truth, the way for eternal life. So the "victorious" ones who will receive them are the wise "virgins" because as recorded in the prophecy of His return no one knows it except the one who will receive it! So "come" and come to His kingdom/church standing in the holy place in the air/KZfaq! This is also a fulfillment from the book of (Isaiah 2:2/9:6) which He first fulfilled in His first incarnation. 📥 "They say with a loud voice, "Salvation comes from the Lamb, and from our God who sits on the Throne!" (Rev. 7:10). ... and (Isaiah 2: 2 / 9:6) "On the Last Day, the mountain on which Jehovah's temple stands will stand out above all the mountains. All nations will flock there. " . "For a baby boy is born to us. The rule will be given to him; and he shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Almighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." ☀️

@@andyleo8418 I work in that field; somebody knew he was a poor practitioner. No good provider would break safety protocols. No bad provider would do what he did and be good at all the other aspects of the job. He was a POS, in general, and it would not have gone unnoticed. Other doctors would have turned a blind eye, but they would have noticed. Unless he was fresh out of school, wherever else he worked, he practiced the same unsafe way. If he was fresh out of school, that practice would have been observed by others and ignored, so where he trained should be looked into. This is a much bigger story with dire consequences than people realize. If any of those patients test positive, then the testing has to extend to their sexual partners, friends, and family, too, depending on their living situation. Are they nursing mothers? Women who became pregnant after exposure? Are any of them IV drug users, for example. Have they shared needles? What he did can extend to hundreds of more people, perhaps thousands more.

He was terminated but did not lose his license to practice. The AMA is protecting one of its own, again. They Know the exact person, but no name was released to the public. They know how he tried to infect people but won't share that information. They say that patient safety is their top priority, but in 6 months, day after day, no one observed his unsafe practices? I work in that field. Part of the quality of a good anesthesia provider is observing details. Others had to have seen his setup, given him breaks or heard something from others working around him. Where did he get the infected blood? Did he reuse syringes and IV pump tubing or use single-use vials for more than one patient? Where did that anesthesiologist work before? He did not just start that unsafe practice at that one hospital. ALL patients where his name is on the record and at ALL the places where he worked need to be tested. If he was just out-of-school, those teaching him saw this unsafe practice and gave him a pass. What school did he go to? What facilities did he train at? Only an irresponsible idiot would break safety protocols, and that means he used poor judgment in his practice overall. Any patient under his care who had a poor outcome should review their anesthesia record.

Precisely. All the best have become private doctors. Anyone working at a hospital right now went along with the experiment, so they are low iq or evil.

The only thing the movie Idiocracy got wrong was how long it would take for our society to break down. Imagine in two more generations no one will know how to do life saving surgery, no one will know how to work on nuclear power plants but everyone will be trying to be a famous tiktoker or youtuber or whatever that doesn't actually help society.

What does COVID have anything to do with the actions of this doctor? Sounds like you have an axe to grind. Perhaps you are one of those people who got fired for refusing to follow policy.

Why is that clear? Intent is something you do not know about. His negligence of not following protocol is different than intent for harm.

@@Livetoeat171there is a difference between forgetting to change or sterilize the equipment once and forgetting all about it thousands of times! The latter cannot be called an accident. It is negligence which is a crime!

@@user-yn9mx7xu1rI chalk that up to poor or deficient training. You have no idea how bad hospitals are at training younger staff. I see it daily - don’t know the proper procedures because no one tells them what the correct thing to do is or corrects them. I can totally see that happening a couple thousand times until someone speaks out and goes “hey what are you doing?????”

when i was working in the hospital they do that all the time. Doctors come out of an isolation room don’t wash their hands and touch the next person 😮😮😮😮😮😮

@@cheekscheeks5840 this seems way more intentional than what you speak of. To infect 2000+ people within months sounds as if he/she was using dirty needles to sedate people

1. What specifically did this anesthesiologist do wrong, which potentially put patients at risk? 2. An important part of this story is that anesthesiologists are often contractors who work for a separate company and not directly for the hospital. This allowed hospitals to charge patients exorbitant rates for anesthesia. And allows the hospitals to escape accountability if there are any problems. This reporter should have pointed this out.

Outsourcing is not good in the long term, we never know the future intentions or how it can affect . Seems like before any outsourcing, a complete risk analysis be submitted . Customer protection verses profits . As well as environment effects
