Good to see you girl ! I totally agree with the accepting your locs as they are. I also hit two years in July and I just started being okay with wearing my locs straight. No braid outs or twist outs. Love the straight look now especially after a wash and conditioning. Only con that I’m still working around is my frizzy roots when my locs are straight. It’s unsightly but that’s what moose is for lol

I love it! I did My 9 year old daughter hair in braid locs , it's been 9 months and they are growing so beautiful! How do you add the sprinkles? Do you have a video? I have beads and thread 🤗

Thank you! I used a thread similar to my hair color and just used a really small needle to thread the beads through my locs.

I'm sad that we sometimes feel the need to "do" our locs - especially when the point of getting them, at least for me is that you can get up, shake and go. And fizz - you don't want to see mine because I love the fuzzy look more

I completely agree, it’s so much unwiring to be done within the mindset of how we see ourselves (that’s been imposed on us by others).
