@@InstantAcres it sure is a nice property. I'm currently paying off a property in southern Oregon but always wondered about other states. I've been thinking if rent gets to high I might need to buy a second peace of property without building codes. Lol 😂 but I do like my property. @@denasewell and land like that is cheap all over the ozarks, a little cheaper on the Arkansas side more than the Missouri side. Cheap land in New Mexico and Arizona also, if you can deal with collecting water or digging wells. 100 acres for as little as 80k listed on some sites.

Yup, you can definitely find cheaper land if you look in New Mexico, Arizona, West Texas, Etc. (even less desirable parts of the Ozarks) - but cheaper is almost always the worst investment. The 31 acres you are commenting on is currently available and is within a few miles of several towns AND less than an hour from the largest, fastest growing city in southern Missouri (Springfield). @@paulinamiramontes8688 Only reason I mentioned it is because I travel. I've seen it take place in many areas. I found it disheartening when people was all in the news stating they wanted to revert back to calling African Americans people racial slurs. They even took things back by calling us without remorse people of color. That's what all the riots and everything was about in ending Jim Crow laws abd the racial slurs. Back then it was colored people. Today it's people of color. It's stupidity. It's ignorant. Yet people gave tagged us African Americans once again racial slurs. That is why I was glad to hear Instant Acres tell me things are different in The Ozarks. However me purchasing and showing up there will tell me everything.
