The Kitchen is too small -- and how do they come up with the 2567 sqft is beyond my imagination .. The house is barely 1500 sqft , so what are the other 1000 Sqft going towards ? Post RERA aren't they supposed to sell houses based on Carpet area ?

Expensive apartments like these are just fantasy world for few days after that you will feel anxious about the gigantic home space you got, there is a high maintenance involved for longer run, practicality and long term reliability is definitely not guaranteed, be happy with simple home than complicated ones.

Although the house looks decent. the video and presentation was really bad compared to the videos from other channels. The constant circular motion from the camera gave me a headache. Its like wearing eye glasses with a higher number than what you need. Please try and find words other than "usable" and "openings", no one would want to spend 2.5 cr for a usable house.

Presenter is very informative and knows evert inch of the flat .. If the same flat was in Mumbai the cost would be 12 to 16 Crores coz in Mumbai we pay anything for trash so there is no rule for price range ..

the hob is the best i have sewn so far... rest is ok .. shower cubicals are ver small ...n also no kids room is without washroom ...designing ok ...

No walking closets, No bathtubs, No bathroom wardrobes. Kitchen is in long rectangular shape without breakfast table/slab & due to only one entrance door person has to do a full kitchen to dining round even for small serving, there should be 2 doors for it, one for main entrance & other in front of dining area. The very first room at entrance is a wastage of space, some of its space could be used as a seperate guest toilet/powder room at entrance.

I m an HVAC engineer. VRV unit placed in balcony is covered from three side like in shaft. This unit will certainly fail to gives you cooling life of unit will be short n electricity bill will be three time higher

They keep saying imported marbles but in reality they do use Indian marbles only. We don’t much import marbles from outside India, do we? Nice presentation though.

I didn’t like the balcony views and the tiny bathrooms without bath tub. The shower fittings are also basic. No jacuzzi. But sardarji presentation is good.

It's completely out of my budget (1.2 Crore is my budget). That said, I don't think the apartment is worth 2.55 CR, the location of study/servant room is odd, for 2.55 CR I would prefer a completely separate entry and complete isolation of my apartment from servant's room. Also as a study, it's not a very inviting place. The balcony concept is good as it provides privacy. Kitchen seems to small for those who like to cook with friends and have dinner parties.

You can have a flat in the 1000 sqft invisible area they are selling ....

Kitchen is so clumsy and narrow. If one cabinet is open, a second person can't stand..... Washroom is suffocating....its not a bunglow at all. Rather than the long living room they could have used it for kitchen...won't waste money in this at all
