For some reason my Import files is saying it is successful, but it is not updating in my P6 file. I followed all the steps.

Hello Jeremy. can share screenshots of the Excel file and the P6. it should update the original duration column not the remaining duration. Also, double check you are using the same excel file you exported from P6 and then fill all the durations.
