I am so spoiled here in Michigan, USA. My "medium" sized house has a living room that can seat 6 - 7 people. It has a 3 person sofa and 2 extra upholstered comfortable chairs. I notice that the homes you show have such small living rooms. With 3 bedrooms, one would assume a small family with a child or two, and such little living room space. Thank you for showing us a little bit of Ireland, I find it fascinating to see how others live.

@@theresedavis2526 Big living rooms help accommodate for a lot of visitors during birthday celebrations and holidays. I had 15 family members over for Christmas lunch and the living room felt comfortable. It’s also great for a large family movie night.😊

its an electric shower.. heats the water as it comes out as opposed to water coming out of a separate water heater tank which feeds the rest of the house.

@@LavelleProperty oh... I live in an old farmhouse in Ohio USA and I just like looking at real estate in other parts of the world. I mainly look at old homes and I just wondered why laminate floors in such an old beautiful home. You don’t need to bother if you don’t know the answer. Thank you for the kind reply. I was thinking about that, I take a full bath every morning, to start my day. You could either put in a clawfoot, or, the Asians have a collapsible one. Just "fold" it and lean it against the wall when not in use. Again, it's a fixable thing...
