I'm not sure where he's coming from . The LESSONS taught in the OLD TESTAMENT are just as VITAL today as when they were taught . And IF we pray to the FATHER in the name of the SON then the HOLY SPIRIT will move on our behalf. Remember Sodom would have been saved if there was just one righteous man. So again. Pray to the FATHER in the name of the SON having faith and not doubting in what you ask for then the HOLY SPIRIT will move on the face of the earth and you will have that for which you Pray.
