The Prophet went so far as to not recommend use of the term “slaves”: “One should not say, my slave , or my girl-slave (amati), but should say, my lad (fatai), my lass (fatati) and my boy (ghulami)” (Bukhari). In several other Hadith, we find the Prophet to be sensitive to the needs of slaves. for eg. he ordered Muslims to buy slave boys and slave girls the same quality of clothes and gifts that they would buy for their children. He also ordered adult Muslims not to hit or be violent to slaves.

@CuteSujoy did you not read what i wrote? it-was-very-common-for-girls-at-that-age-to-get-married-earrrrlllly. so that covers the issue of being a social stigma and i also said that aisha (ra) HERSELF agreed to the marriage. see when her father Abu Bakar(ra) approached her for her hand in marriage the prophet muhammad (saw) said do not enforce or pressure her since she is not yet reached puberty so he left the choice on her . so if aisha (ra) agreed herself then the issue ends there

yeah mariam actually the show itself was not a right place for Dr.Zakir Nair to explain these people. he would have clarify them very easily if he will be given a chance to speak more. but u know as i said earlier, i think it was his mistake by accepting the invitation of that show. where he couldnt get sufficient time for clarification.

Islam belong to Allah the almighty...Islam does not need to any one of Muslims and non.muslims.....we need to islam...we need happiness of this life..mercy, and guidance..who wants this guidance and happiness follow it but who doesnt need it is up to him or her. let him or her and their creator in the day of judgement ..and i say to him or her...be prepare your answers for this questions: what did you answer to the messengers? and who was the one you were worshiped to? be prepare these answers.

This Program seems just to Defame Dr. Zakir Naik or Islam because they have no other way to stop Boom expansion of Dr. Zakir's great struggle BUT no worries, Quran(3,54): And (then unbelievers) plotted and planned, and Allah too planned, and the best of planners is Allah. All we have to do is to aware ourselves and "OTHERS" of these plans and not be trapped in douches of these kinds. May Allah give success to Islam and Muslims.

I don't believe in these stories of heaven and hell and God and Judgement day, propagated by the Abrahamic religions because of a few simple reasons. 1. God cannot be local, it has to be universal. It fails logic that God chose to reveal itself in the Middle East only. First, through Moses, then Christ and then Mohammad. And then Mohammad says I am the last one, now no more prophets. Totally illogical thing. If God wanted to reveal itself, it would reveal itself in all geographical locations, there would have been Bibles and Torahs and Qurans falling from the sky. Nothing of that sort happened. 2. Abrahamic religions believe that only those who follow their faith will be spared on judgment day, others will go to hell, irrespective of how good a human being they had been. This is totally absurd. Because it proves that this is a design to accumulate Mob by threatening them of hellfire, there is no spirituality in it. God is never unjust, cannot be unjust. So if I am a good human being, God, if there is one, will be on my side. 3. What happened to people before Mozes? before Christ and before Mohammad? Did they go to hell for no fault of theirs? Totally absurd concept. Hence for me, it is okay if someone believes in something, but please don't try to sell it to others, and please don' t you ever dare disrespect or ridicule someone else's faith even indirectly. That's simply rude and uncivilized behavior and will only result and someone insulting back your faith. So here is what I suggest. When we meet on the road we greet each other well, if we have some business together, we conduct it well, and be good people. My religion is my way of connecting to God, yours is your way of connecting to God, let's keep it that way. If I ask you about your religion, you tell me, don't try to sell it to me like a cheap soap. The question whether I want to give up my faith and accept yours should never be asked, Let people decide what they want.

@baristha In war times when women are more than men..Allah almighty gave the humans a low that will preserve women from being slaved or misused. A man can marry 4 wives to support the needy women and treat them with just and in our days it's the best substitution of adultery and giving the wealth of a man to different women.. I am very critical of all governments, I just believe that because governments lie, it does not automatically make conspiracy theorists true. I level the same amount of critique upon both. In the verse. did you read the word "Rape" anywhere? In those times of paganism and abuse in Arabia he wanted to change the course of things. Neither in his implementation of Islamic law (see the Qur’an at 24:34, 47:5, 23:7, 90:12-14) nor in his own practice did the Prophet approve the keeping of slaves. Slaves were only kept during battles fought in defense of Islam and only as an extenuating and temporary measure until law and order was established.

A non Muslim anchor inviting a debate about Islam for just the reason to insult and not giving chance to speak the two scholars of Islam, inturn listens enough of shahrukh(the named muslim) bcoz she knows a muslim name can degrade the muslim religion more easily.
