اليوم الضيوف من الاصدقاء هلة بيهم اقدم شكري للي يترجم الفيديوات نحن حاسين بالتعب بأعداد المقاطع الخاصة بالعم جورميت شكرا يا سيد يا ريت لو يطبخ العم رأس بقرة بالصلصة فقط يعني بدون شواء ويشرك الاقارب بتناولة ويا ريت لو يعرفنة على الاقرباء وتكون مترجمة الحلقة للعربية اتصور قسم من الضيوف الزوجة والابن وزوجتة والحفيد واخ العم ايظا

High protein, high animal fat diet. These people are basically on the carnivore diet. They don't eat much carbs.. Carnivore diet is actually super good for you.

小時候，爺爺奶奶，外公外婆，所有的阿姨，都是用人工拔豬毛！不是用火燒！因為用火燒豬毛 會有燒焦味，整個溫體豬肉，走味很嚴重！ 現在已經是不碰肉，也會常看一些視頻多做比較

不会吧，火燎皮毛自古有之，要燎后清洗夠干淨，只有焦香，不会焦味。既然不吃肉，还作什么"比较"，越比越不得清静，吃回阁下的东酉不是更好。
