This was an amazing conversation to listen to! Thank you so much for the opportunity to sit at work, working in a spreadsheet and have this in the background. As a Wisconsinite and a Wisconsin Badger Football season ticket holder since 2003. I had the pleasure of watching J.J. in college at Camp Randall. I remember his 4 sack game, a night game at the camp, against #1 Ohio St. It was AMAZING! Hoped against hope that the Packers would draft him but didn't happen (we should of had T.J. but our GM decided to trade back and let the Steelers take him). But as a soccer fan in Wisconsin having someone like J.J. being an ambassador not only for Burnley but for the sport as a whole is huge. I'm subscribed to a podcast on KZfaq that focuses on Wisconsin sports and sports stories and put it on and one of the hosts had a Burnley jersey on. And this host is not someone who I would classify as a soccer fan at all. But he had the Jersey because there's a Wisconsin connection to Burnley now. (Also wish these host would realize the Wisconsin connection to the top flight of this sport! How about Jay DeMerrit and Jesse Marsch guys!) I'm not saying fans of soccer don't exist in Wisconsin, they do, but the Packers are #1 here and having a former NFL Player as a Premier League owner only gives the sport more exposure. And hopefully I won't here the played out line on local sports media here in Wisconsin that "nobody watches soccer in Wisconsin" like I heard days after the US beat Ghana in the 2014 world cup on a local sports show here in Milwaukee.

It was so nice to watch these two person. Kompany with his leadership and work ethics & JJ with his humble and curiousity

Two living legends, really likeable guys who I didn't necessarily root for but totally respected for their play on the field/pitch. After listening to them, my admiration has gone through the roof. Lucky for Burnley to have both on board.

As a belgian myself i rarely eat waffles and the overal traditional foods we eat are like potatto with like sprouts or some cabbage and a good piece of meat but we belgians also love food from other cultures, And beer well i love it here 😅
