Tanya Deroy on KZfaq has a great video on how to maintain the even cutting ability of the Big Shot. Wish I'd known that was possible before mine had stopped cutting altogether after 12+ years. I found a video at Ally's crafty creations on KZfaq, however, that showed how to repair my Big Shot. Very simple although time consuming but for a few dollars worth of hardware from Amazon I now have a machine that works better than when it was new..! Hope this information will also help. Thank you for your tips..!

I've flipped several times. They last 3 months and I die cut maybe a total of a day in any given month. Thanks anyway.

Hi sorry still confused pr maybe just me.. just started using a new machine plates are ridiculous. Like ruined maybe 3 days been swapping them about top to bottom and so on. But thank you
