It seems like you do much better when you skip the Nashor's Tooth. When you do Nashors and Berserkers, you seem to take longer to come online. Liandrys and Swiftys seem to give you the fastest power spike. Thats my (silver)outside perspective looking in.

Im curious about these builds, Zwag seems to really favour the PTA mostly with the odd Fleet and emphasis on Greaves or Sorc shoes. Personally I liked the Swifty rush stuff he was doing at the start with the coaching (Liandries and Void Staff were core), my guess its just an adaptation to the CDR lost from Liandries with the new season? Is it weird to try just rushing Crypto>Malignance? I know the mask items are kinda broken but I thought that was only really if you stacked them.

You mention counter picks. I think people expect a counter to mean the countering champ has to have like a 55% win rate vs that champ, but I don't think that's quite right. A champ can be a counter pick with a win rate lower than 50%, and a champ can be countered and have a win rate higher than 50%. The baseline of comparison is whatever the average win rate of the champion is vs everyone. Imagine an example champ that has a 53% win rate overall on whatever site you use for research. Against everyone, the example champ is expected to lose 47% of the time. An opposing champ that has a 48% win rate vs the example is a counter because they outperform the field. In the vs Rumble matchup, if Rumble wins 55% of the time vs everyone and wins 55% vs Teemo, then Rumble isn't a counter to Teemo. Teemo is perfectly average in this scenario.
