Here you will see a white California Highway Patrol unit (commonly referred to as a polar bear) conduct a traffic stop on Manchester Avenue and the 110 Freeway while a Los Angeles Police Department 77th unit is seen responding to a backup request.

Cali native here, nice catches. I love how CHP not only got the driver to the right side to pull over, but got the driver to that side safely just in time so LAPD wouldn't crash into them from behind while they were responding.

It looks like the guy who got stopped had some sort of badge on his shoulder on his jacket, and also looked like he may have known the chp officers

You obviously have the freedom to do whatever you want, but I'd HIGHLY recommend staying far from LA, or Cali in general. It is a violence and drug filled wasteland that hates cops anyway, Youd be better off in a conservative state like OK, Texas, or Florida. But, either way, good luck mans!

Hey man! I'm Asian ( South to be exact ) and that's the same for me. We're in america for crying out loud, we got the freedom! Moved here so I get those chances. The reason I want to is ESPECIALLY because of the fact it's so violent because I want to try to lower it.

Good luck, but because of demo crap judges, anybody you arrest, will be let out of jail repeatedly. Thats why those cities are so bad, they won't punish criminals.
