How to make Scroll Saw and Jigsaw Table in the one machine.
it's very easy to transition each other and it's works perfect.
If you are going to make it, i recommend that use 8mm self lubricating bushing instead of LM8UU bearings.
The LM8UU bearings seem to be damaged due to their weak durability.

I am at this moment consulting your video again, I have made the main part (the right angle arm piece-I have a lot of White Oak doing nothing and I have used that), oh, and I have just made the slider piece that carries the scroll blade mechanism, I was just looking to confirm that it runs up and down level with the surface of the slot that it slides in. I am glad that I have finally begun making a scroll saw (I have seen many different video's about it) but it is yours that has finally got me going. I like it a lot because of the idea of the blade control mechanism and that is the only area of movement, no arms going up and down like in other scroll saw types. Right, I am getting back to it now. I will keep you updated.

님 덕분에 주먹장 지그,푸쉬블록을 만들어봤고 오늘은 저에겐 좀 난이도가 있는 직쏘 스크롤쏘 테이블을 만들었습니다 감사합니다 그런데 처음엔 진동이 너무 심해서 사용을 하기엔 위험해서 포기했었는데 스프링 텐션을 좀 약하게 하니 아주 만족스럽네여 거듭 감사합니다 그래도 제가 새가슴이라 스크롤 쏘 사용시 안전 커버를 정면에 장착할까 합니다 사진으로 님 검수도 받고 싶은데 방법이 없어 아쉽네요 다음엔 또 뭤을 만들까나

Hello I just found out a comment I had for you 4 days ago I put on the wrong video, sorry, here it is now _ (and this would go before my previous comment).... "This is great because I thought to myself I just want to be able to make a scroll saw blade go up and down with enough speed and travel (but NOT the levers type mechanism whereby can cause excessive vibration throughout the mechanism and wobble in the blade) and I can come up with a sturdy frame /table assembly myself, probably drill powered but then need mechanism to go from rotation to linear (up and down). Using a jigsaw is a great method, already got up and down movement, speed, enough power for the job PLUS can use it to power scroll saw or use it as it is but I am going to make THIS machine because it is great, I really like it. PLUS I recently bought a mains powered drill which I wasn't happy with as soon as I used it so I can take it back and get a scroll saw. Happy Days. Thanks for this video".

I watched your 2 in 1 saws and was fascinated that the jig saw can be converted to have a scroll saw by it. You have shown the measurements in the video; I wish if you can make it in a PDF form amateurs like me can venture in making one with the help of a carpenter. Further you have shown using the pinned saw blades in the video and its related blade holder; I am getting plain saw blades i my area (Tamilnadu/South India) . Can you please guide me to make holders for pin less scroll saw blades. Hope I will be encouraged if I get your response.

What happens to the Piston when the blade breaks does it shoot off into the room

직쏘날 구멍 뚷는 방겁좀 알려주세요 용접은 녹아서 안되고 열처리로 약끼를 뺀다고 뺏는데도 기리만 뭉그러지고 안뚫리네요.

안녕하세요. 저도 뚫는데 처음 잘 안 뚫렸는데 열처리된 강한 기리로 해서 성공했습니다. 용접또한 살짝 테크만 해야됩니다. 조금만 오래하면 녹아버리더라고요. ^^;

I'm currently in need of a good manual to help me develop my new wood work experience and I'm also trying to find ways of creating my best work shop at home. When I try to make a good shopping list to order everything I can't keep up with the course. The thing I to search for for yesterday around Weston-super-Mare were the deep groove ball bearing every single shop were completely usluce they had never heard of such a thing. 우선 감사 의 말씀 드립니다 우연한 기회에 우드카빙 이란 동영상을 보고 지금 69살 인데도 만들수 있나 하다 해보자 조각을 전부터 해보고 싶었는데 .. 필요한 연장 또무었이 있나 허다가 동영상을 보고 만들고싶고 헌데 요놈의 LM8uu 라고하는 요놈 때문에 여기저기 물어 봐도 모른다 핸드폰으로 찍어서 관계 되는 공구상회가도 모른다 하기에 제주도는 이런게 없나보다 하고 육지가서 물어본다고 생각했지요 그러다 선생님의 동영상을 보다 이게 그것이구나 하고 만세 했지요 정말 고맙습니다 소원풀이 했어요 이제는 선생님작품을 만들어야지요 도면 부탁드립니다 . 잘만들겠습니다 montakdad@naver.com
