INGREDIENTS
1 Cup self-raising flour
1 Cup yoghurt
½ tsp salt(OPTIONAL)
1 tsp sugar(OPTIONAL)
METHOD
Mix the flour and yoghurt with either a stand or hand mixer until the dough is slightly mixed
You can also use a bowl and a spoon if not using a mixer
Remove dough from bowl, flour working surface, and knead till dough is smooth
Divide into 5 pieces and roll into round balls. You can either make a sub or divide dough into smaller buns for dinner rolls
Dust with flour and score the top of the bread
Bake at 170°C for 25-30 minutes
Recipe can be doubled or tripled etc
