मसाला किचन में बन रहा है आलू का बहुत ही क्रिस्पी और टेस्टी नाश्ता मिनटों में | मशरूम खाना नहीं है पसंद तो बनाये ये अमेजिंग नाश्ता | बिना मशरुम के मशरूम स्नेक्स | टेस्टी और कुरकुरा स्नैक्स बच्चों के लिए बनाइये, आलू फ्राइज, फिंगर चिप्स, फ्रेंच फ्राइज, आलू फिंगर चिप्स, आलू का नाश्ता, हेल्दी नाश्ता, इवनिंग स्नैक्स, ट्रेवल स्नैक्स, किड्स स्पेशल रेसिपी, टी-टाइम स्नैक्स, आलू के कुरकुरे फ्राइज, सूजी के क्रिस्पी व चटपटे फिंगर्स, मसालेदार फ्रेंच फ्राइज रेसिपी शेयर करना ना भूलें | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
* Potato(आलू) - 2 Cup/150 Gram
* Water(पानी) - As Required
* Corn Flour(कॉर्न फ्लॉर) - 150 Gram
* Water(पानी) - 3-4 Spoon
* Salt(नमक) - Some
* Oil(तेल) - 1-2 Spoon
* Garlic(लहसुन) - 4-5
* Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
* Soya Sauce(सोया सॉस) - 1/2 Spoon
* Chilli Flakes(चिली फ्लेक्स) - 1 Spoon
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - 1 Spoon
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - For Garnishing
* Salt(नमक) - 1 Tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
RECIPE:
Peel some Potatoes & wash them & then cut them into pieces. Keep the pan on the flame, put Water & chopped Potato. Boil it until it gets soft. Don't cook it overcook. Then Drain out the Water & keep them on the strainer. Then mash it with a masher. Then Add Corn Flour & bind the dough by using some Water gradually. After then make small dough balls from it & keep them on the plate. Give it Mushroom Shape by using a bottle as shown in the video. Now Keep the pan for heating, put Water, Salt & Potato Mushroom. Boil them for 10-12 minutes. Then take them out & put them in ice-cold Water to stop their cooking. Then take them out in a bowl, add some Soya Sauce, Chilli Flakes, Chat Masala, Coriander Leaves, Salt to taste & Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. At last, keep the pan for heating, put Oil, finely chopped Garlic & long chopped Green Chilli & saute them all well. Put the tadka on Potatoes. Mix well & serve it with Green Chutney, Mayonnaise or Tea. In this way, without Mushroom Tasty & Amazing Mushroom Nashta will get ready at home easily.
