Bro It is very expensive. Alternatively one can buy 4 kanal plot for 3 Crors in MPECHS Orchard. Then can design and construct on 1 kanal in 5 Crors with 4 servant quarters (2 bed kitchen and a bath in rach) at back with a kitchen garden and can even keep hens and a cow as well. Therefore, in 8 crors one can live in beautifully developed gated community with all amenities nearby.

Hiii my advice would be to invest in states . Don't invest a penny here. This country is going to shit. There's no law or order. Army can take over your house and business. Inflation is at 50%. Electricity and utilities are expensive. There's no electricity or gas. Minorities are killed in name of religion and terrorism (baloch). When politicians are not safe at the hands of the army what security does an ordinary citizen have. And taxes are exorbitant. Take a page from the books of army generals exploit and loot pakistan and settle their families abroad. AVOID AT ALL COST.
