Hari ini saya Masak 2 menu : perkedel kentang terenak anti hancur dan sup bayam jepang
Resep : Perkedel kentang 17 pcs
Bahan:
557 g Kentang goreng
100 g Daging sapi /pork cincang halus /kornet( saya kukus / tumis )
1/2 sdt 5 bumbu rempah (go hiong / pala parut )
1/2 sdt garam (karena dagingnya sudah asin saya pakai 1/4 sdt saja )
1/2 sdt kaldu jamur bubuk
1 telur utuh
20 g (2 sdm ) Tapioka
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
15 g (5 sdm ) bawang putih goreng
celupan :
1 telur utuh
Sup Bayam Jepang
4 mangkok air
200 g bayam jepang
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt kaldu jamur bubuk
1 sdm Bawang putih goreng

1/2 sdt garam

Today I cooked 2 menus: the most delicious anti-crushing potato fritters and Japanese spinach soup
Recipe: Potato cakes 17 pcs
ingredients :
557 g French fries
100 g Beef / finely chopped pork / corned beef (I steamed / stir-fried)
1/2 tsp 5 spices (go hiong / grated nutmeg)
1/2 teaspoon salt (because the meat is already salty, I only used 1/4 teaspoon)
1/2 tsp powdered mushroom stock
1 whole egg
20 g (2 tbsp) Tapioca
1/2 tsp ground pepper
15 g (5 tbsp) fried garlic
dip:
1 whole egg
Japanese Spinach Soup
4 bowls of water
200 g Japanese spinach
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp powdered mushroom stock
1 tbsp fried garlic

3 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lemon

100克 牛肉/猪肉碎/咸牛肉（蒸/炒）
1/2 茶匙 5 种香料（go hiong / 磨碎的肉豆蔻）
盐 1/2茶匙（因为肉已经咸了，所以我只用了1/4茶匙）
1/2 茶匙 蘑菇汤粉
1 个全蛋
20 克（2 汤匙）木薯粉
1/2 茶匙 胡椒粉
15 克（5 汤匙）炸大蒜
蘸：
1 个全蛋
日本菠菜汤
4碗水
200 克 日本菠菜
1/2 茶匙 盐
1/2 茶匙 蘑菇汤粉
1 汤匙 炒蒜
