You said you are 26 years young and already have found grey hairs....EEK! No really, I am 61 and when I was 17 and a high school senior the class pictures photographer had to touch up my pictures because I already had a literal ton of grey/white hair. It runs in the family and so I just learned to accept it and turns out strangers would come up to me and tell me how cool my white stripe was. So I guess not every thing is as bad as it seems. Anyway, have a great weekend and stay cool.

You can totally do more than one mask a week. I do 3 times a week. Korean and Japanese women will double and triple mask in one go. Choose a treatment mask (acne, brightening, anti aging), remove and then add a moisturizing or other soothing type mask. Enjoy using up those masks!

Try not to store your face masks upward they will dry out and all the serum will go to the bottom. Try to lay them flat. I ruined so many masks by doing that. ❤️

My hair also started turning gray in my early 20s. I had my son at age 23 and I really started to notice more and more grays appear after my pregnancy. My dad turned gray very early in life as well. Now, I am 41 and have a great amount of gray hair and it’s so noticeable when I pull my hair back which I have been doing a lot lately. I used to color my hair often but in the last 10years I have not been covering it up. It’s expensive. I got tired of spending all that money and the dye made my scalp burn. I have embraced my gray hair. Many people think my hair is frosted, even hair stylists at hair cuttery (and other salons) have thought this over the years. I guess that’s not a bad thing. I used to be embarrassed of my hair but as I’ve gotten older I don’t mind it as much anymore. My hair is very similar texture and color to what my dad’s was. We lost him to leukemia in 2012 at the age of 65. I am so proud to have hair so similar to how his was. He had such beautiful silver hair and beard. I don’t have a beard, thank goodness... Maybe a stray chin hair, don’t you hate those! He was Santa each holiday season for charitable events the last 15 + years of his life. He had the fullest long beard that he would let children pull on to prove it was real and have his long silver hair sticking out the bottom of his Santa hat. He was adorable. He was a great Santa and absolutely loved bringing joy to others. A friend of his has said he was “all heart in a red suit”. That was so true and so kind of her to say. Thank you to whomever is reading this.

If there is anyone that wants to get a gift for someone going through chemo and trust I realized how hard that can be, I just did it a few months ago for my cousin and while women are usually pretty easy, chemo is different for the fact that anything food related is not great du to the nausea and neither are candles cause the scent of them also may not be helpful. Now when I am visiting the hospital I love to make a bag of pjs, slippers or a robe with things to suck on like hard candy, especially peppermint cause it's lovely for nausea and magazines or word puzzles, even a hand warmer but I am out of state and wow did this cause me to really think 💭 I ended up going through one of the mask subscriptions ( can't remember which one) but you could purchase masks singly w/o a subscription, so I sent her a bunch of masks, a silicone mask brush and a cute headband and she was over the moon 🌙 she said it was the perfect gift, it didn't make her sick and she loved pampering herself on those down days when she was depressed and miserable. I thought I would share after seeing you get a mask subscription box because if anyone else is perplexed at what to get someone going through something similar it was great and you can spend as little or as much as you want because masks are fairly inexpensive you know and they send it right to them so no shipping either! CrAzY cause I am as just trying to look up where I bought them from and it was Beauty Box Beautique!!! Haha they are the same company as Mask Maven!

you can use a mask every day if you want but it gets super expensive to do that. i use them every 2-3 days. it's also really nice to store a few in the fridge and use them cold.

Just a warning with charcoal and other "purifying" skincare. It may break you out a bunch before making your skin clear because it is purging the pores of all the nasties clogging them.👍

Hey I am a cosmetology student :) and as for the nose pore strip they are fine to use as long as they don't irritate your skin and you use a toner and moisturizer right after. They are considered bad for your skin because they strip your skin of everything, including the good oils, so as long as you put something back into your skin you should be fine. As I said using both a toner and a mosturizer is what I recommend after one.

If I knew more about KZfaq years ago, I probably could be swimming in cat PR stuff. A channel with with cat shows, breeding my rare breed, kitten births, growing up, health, pet photography, etc. Would have been very varied since I had a lot of video stashed in my computer with a video camera not a phone and editing programs. People thought I could do something like it for a living but no clue how. I quit since, since my breed is so hard to find and getting ridiculously expensive now with so many people quitting. I let my website stagnate then lapse even though grandfathered in for a real cheap rate. Even knowing people still, I have a hard time finding Somalis which are long haired Abys now for others still asking years after quitting if one passes away and want another. It wouldn't be just cute cat shorts like the usual.

You can mask WAY more than once a week, fyi! Especially if you're using hydrating masks. Just don't use things that say exfoliating or have AHAs (most things that are labeled as acids) or BHAs (salicylic acid kinda things, these usually treat acne) more than once or twice a week on non-consecutive days. Also be careful of things with lots of Vitamin A/Retinoids/Retinol. But like, hydrating masks? USE THEM ALL THE TIME. Even if you feel like you're oily, because they'll actually help correct the skin balance and help you not be as oily or dry or weirdly combo. Also pore strips are fine once or twice a month, but make sure you use a toner or heavier moisturizer afterwards to close your pores!

Kate Roush actually, drunk elephant sells and recommends acids to be used everyday. Just depends on the acid. I use them daily and my skin is SOOO much better since I started.

I hope you're having a good day! :) I have the Mask Maven bag subscription and I love it because you get to sample so many different sheet masks! Also for the price, it really isn't bad. For sheet masks, the price depends on the material of the sheet masks. Cotton sheet masks are usually on the cheaper side versus a hydro-gel mask. If you can get a cotton mask for $1-2 dollars and a hydro-gel mask for $3-5 dollars, that's a pretty decent deal. I usually recommend sheet masks from the brand Etude House, Leaders Insolution, and I Dew Care.
