1 Cup Whole Moong\
Green Gram
3 tbs curd
1 inch ginger
3 green chilli
1\2 Cup Flatten rice
1 tsp Cumin seeds
salt and 1 tsp Hing
1\4 cup Sweet corn
2-3 tbs capsicum
3-4 tbs carrot
1 small onion
1\4 cup coriander leaves
For Chutney
3 Tomato,4 garlic cloves
4 Dry red chilli,salt,jaggery
2 Tamrind pieces,1 tsp Oil
1 tbs Coriander leaves
