Stew, Every western food vlogger who tries pani puri for the first time stands around staring and yapping about it forever. Lol! What don't you guys understand about "pastry" and liquids together? The liquid will obviously turn the fried "pastry" into mush and leak out all of the liquid. The trick is that as soon as the pani puri hits the bowl you pick it up and pop it into your mouth and bite into it for that satisfying crunch leading to that amazing liquid explosion in your mouth. By the time you've done that the vendor is placing the next one into your bowl. Swallow and quickly repeat at least two dozen times. The sweet yogurt one is the grand finale.
