A fire in San Francisco’s Alamo Square neighborhood Tuesday destroyed two homes and left two people injured. Sergio Quintana reports.

I’m feel sorry for him but, if he’s up to what I think… He just got insurance claim (YES THEY HAD INSURANCE) for a multi million $$ building plus hundreds of thousands in go fund me. If it’s a scheme its a lucrative one if not my prayers go out to you and yours..

I can't believe all of the horrible comments suggesting the son is the culprit. The black families were gentrified out of the neighborhood. Whites moved into those painted ladies. San Francisco has only 1% African Americans.

people are jumping to conclusions that it might be a race based cause. It could have been negligence caused by 1 of the 2 renters in that 2 unit building. Do they own the building? Do they have renters insurance?

They love a good racially motivated carnival. This particular person wsa involved in a fake hate crime a few weeks ago when he mailed himself some letters and a doll with a noose. Typical usual suspect behavior. The word out is that the parents owed 50,000 in taxes on the home, and that the bank was closing in. How convenient for the occupants that it burned down so soon after a completely unverified race hoax that the media more than loves to hype up whether they be true or not. This same 50+ year old man solicited about 40K out of the community on Go Fund Me, and all he managed to buy to secure his home with it was a Ring Camera that wasnt even on when the fire was set. His elderly parents were inside as well. I think he was hoping they would burn with the house and he would become a pity millionaire overnight. He's pretty much a human trash bag to me. The fingerprints of scammery are all over this case...

The dolls with the ropes around their necks sent to the family several times and this is the only building to “catch fire” within the “attached” building complex is suspicious. There could be racist real estate capitalist who want to force black people out of the building. This is an old tactic that has been used in America for decades.
