I hope you can still make more videos about perspective, because I'm beginner that know nothing about perspective, I have read scott robertson book but some of the content are very difficult to understand.. I bought everything about perspective from gumroad just to learn it, but none of them are teaching the foundations.. If you ever come back, please make more videos, or a foundational course video and ebook in your gumroad and teach everything you know about perspective, I mean from the very basic to advance. like cone of vision, station point, how to mirror curve and tilted planes and objects, off page grid, y x x sections, isometric drawing, rotating objects and cubes, 3point perspective and more multiple vp's, section drawing, and how orthographic views works and how many views can you make etc... because I saw some pro like feng zhu used buttom, front side top views to draw insects and bugs.. there's a lot of things that I didn't know yet and how to use or to make them.. I know these will be a huge demand to ask..but I hope you can make this possible sir. thank you very much

I appreciate your interest in my channel and videos! My future plan is be able to build more videos and content, but unfortunately my teaching schedule prevents me devoting the time it takes. My videos are very labor intensive and I simply don’t have the ability to produce right now. Keep following the channel and hopefully I will be able to make more content soon.

You explain perspective grid construction better than every drawing book i own. Could you please make a video on 3 point persective grids as well?

Your videos are my savior! I have a question, though: Shouldn't there technically be two 45 degree VPs (since the diagonals which are more horizontal looking are also all parallel to one another)? I have been trying to figure this out on my own using veeery large pieces of paper, but to no avail... Would appreciate your input!

In reality, the 45 degree line can go to either side and it will work, but you should only use one line at a time so the drawing doesn’t get confusing, and only one at a time is necessary.

0:55 its not a 45 degree vp. You have to draw a straight line, from the lowest corner of the cube (station point) to the horizon line, and the angle between the line of sight and the diagonale line would be the dvp, i woul estimate it around 10-15 degree.
@DrawshStudio
@DrawshStudio Жыл бұрын
I do t agree with your analysis but I appreciate your comment. At that moment I am illustrating the idea of looking straight down, not in perspective, and making the point that a line through the diagonal of a box would be 45degrees through it.
