What an awesome multi- purpose rebounding drill Will definitely use it for my U12 boys. That’ll surely keep them engaged instead of the other drills Thanks for sharing. Much appreciated.

Might adapt by not letting players turn their back to the ball when doing the second drill. Teach them to keep their backside to the wall and move without turning their back or head to ball.

If you have an hour practice how long would you do each drill maybe 10 mins each

If you only have an hour for practice, I would probably do one rebounding drill each day for 8 to 10 minutes and switch up which rebounding drill you do each day to keep things fresh and to challenge your team in different ways. I would spend more time on defensive principles and fundamentals, because those will show up more in game situations.

Amazing stuff , what if you have a 2 hour practice?
