I notice that Avocado appears on the list of foods rich in Niacinamide, however on the Kapha diet instructions Avocado appears on the list of vegetables to avoid. 1st approach is intake: Niacinamide need to consume at least 2months 2nd approach intake: liver cleansing Bhumi amla or milk thistle. Caugfa diet 3: sandal wood powder 1/2 tea spoon, chick powder 1/2 t spoon, multani mitti 1/2 spoon add water mix it like paste apply thin layer like 3 layers - do it 10days.

Both coffee and Peanuts leads to pimples/acne.. why is it so, when it is rich in niacinamide. Please advice. Also, most of the items mentioned here like rice and wheat are staple to us, but still my pores are very prominent. What could be the reason? Please guide 🙏
