Definitely not 100% sealed off from the trunk because that trunk was flexing but it's very loud!! Love it.

Those are my favorite model skar subs ,the box is good ,fits nice an clean. I'd put some braces in side of it. Nice job thanks for posting 👍 .

If it was sealed you will be louder but to me better backwards even louder port should be as close to the trunk as the port will allow it for proper breathing also but still it sounds good...

Shove blankets around the box. Seal it off as much as possible. All the trunk rattle is pressure loss in the cabin. She’s beatin tho!

U almost completely walled off my bro...I say get ya box builder to make some templates to seal off them left ova spaces between ya cabin an ya trunk...sound deaden trunk to seal in the presha an u should b solid aftuh dat.

That's crazy..I jus ordered 2 skar vxf 15s and a taramps smart 5k bass ..jus waiting on my box to be built as we speak I believe my box is gonna be 6.5 cubes not sure of the tune yet..but ill post a video when it's done.keep bassin on..

It’s more of preference thing, Zvx are more spl and vxf are more musical and lower notes
