Very imaginative and flexible layout -- several rooms could be bedrooms or office/study/playroom as needed. And thanks for including "layout" images to show the floor plans!

Your works are amazing! Can you please make 2 storey with 1 car port, mini garden, service area and 3bedrooms (Master bedroom must have bathroom and walk-in closet if possible) on a 120sqm lot? The lot is 10meters(frontage) by 12meters. Thank you!

@@cathyconcepcion5501 For me di siguro kasama yung cost nung sa appliances since subjective na rin naman yun eh. Baka sa labor cost ito pero depende na rin sa price ng materials din minsan eh. Pwedeng iba pa price since rough estimate lang yung 6 mil
