mahal yan para sa walang pera… a lot of people can not understand, developers will not over price -primarily because they wont be able to sell their property as there is always competition that dictates fair market price

Mahal sya sa 14.9M ... di naman kumpleto, walang enclosure yung CR sa Master Bedroom, tapos hindi His and Her yung sink pero dalawa yung closet. 3 bedrooms lang wala pang living room sa baba... ang awkard pag samahin yung living room, kitchen and dining in that small space.

Actually di ko alam kung regulated ba ng ahensya ng gobyerno ang presyo ng mga RFOs na House & Lot. Kung iisipin mo napakamahal na. Hindi na sya mura. Kahir sa rural area mababa ang P2M. Kaya mas marami ang nag-iiskwat o umuupa na lang.
