Hi there! My almost-10 y.o. daughter has had healthy feet her entire life. This last year she has amped up her time on the soccer field A LOT, and I noticed her feet are totally flat. She walks barefoot around the house all the time, wears zero drop, flexible shoes, but is starting to have foot pain with activity. 😢 Any recommendations or advice?

She needs to work on improving HIP internal/external rotation to accompany her tibial rotation and that will end up helping the feet 😁

Interested in the app but couldn't find it on the app store. TRS, nope. The ready state? Nope. Should be easy to get but it isn't. So I'm looking in the wrong place... Only had like one minute break in my schedule so....

Can also be due to hip sockets which is just anatomy
