Lotte and her family are thrown into uncertainty due to the operation, and Lotte thinks: "What's left of ME after the surgery"? This concern is shared by her daughter Freja and husband Dan, who already notice at their first visit, that Lotte is not sensing her left side, but she shrugs it off.
