Great video. Quick question, so the twinkle isn't adversely affected by the additional 2 full presses?

Hello! No, it should not be affected by two full presses.

Since the tack method can't be used with cold peel htv it would make more sense to do all the cold peel layers first to minimize shrinkage in the hot peel layers.

It depends on where the cold peel transfers are with the application process.... in a lot of cases, the cold peel products cannot be layered onto, so they are typically the last to be applied.

Does repressing the 1st twinkle ✨️ glitter so many times when adding other htv hurt the durability

no, as long as you keep it within the 30 seconds mark.... once you start pressing longer than that, you may run the risk of damage.

Can you use the siser twinkle as a top layer on regular htv?

Yes you can! Just not recommended for anything on top of Siser Twinkle HTV :)
