INSANELY good DRY AGED & GRILLED ARCTIC CHAR outside in the snow with lemon butter and Cuso's Lemon Pepper Garlic BBQ rub.
This was our first time cooking this dry aged fish. We thought it was burned after we grilled it because of the dry aging, but it actual turned out INSANELY GOOD! Arctic Char is very similar to salmon in both texture and meat color. I'll absolutely be cooking this again... Hope you enjoy this amazing dish!
