Mabul can be polluted at some places unfortunately. Due to inhabitants there who are sea gypsies or filipino refugees. The gov does not want to get involve in cleaning it though as they are not tax payers. WWF and some ngo cleaned it up before covid19. But of course old habits die hard.

were you on west side or east? theres some warnings about kidnapping on east side of borneo…

i read the disputes and kidnappings were a while ago. there is a group of women sailors who felt safe and posted their journey two weeks ago and the coast guards were near them watching them sail on east side down to indonesia. all these videos within this year are so helpful thank you! i plan to go in september! im excited!
