7 жыл бұрынWe had an amazing 2 weeks during our vacation / honeymoon in French Polynesia: we went to Tahiti, Bora Bora, and Moorea. This paradise had some of the best snorkeling we've ever experienced; this might be one of the best places in the world to snorkel. We saw so many varieties of fish, sharks, sting rays, octopuses, manta rays, moray eels, corals, and more. On land, the beaches and scenery were breathtaking. The islands were filled with beautiful sandy beaches everywhere. The jungle was also so lush, and did not have dangerous animals. And the over water bungalows at the hotels were amazing!

2 weeks. French Polynesia is known for being expensive, but you can travel there for a range of pricing as they have everything from airbbnb to resorts there. We used a lot of online bookings for our activities.

Dont worry people, its not that difficult to get there. I wish Arthur has a hallucination or a dream where the whole gang does to Tahiti but instead of 1988 it’s 2018 and Arthur, John, and Dutch go on a speedboat and travel down the coastline. Arthur with two smokin hot Tahitian babes, John with Abagail, and Dutch with Molly. Dutch asks Arthur to open the cooler. There’s limes in the cooler. Arthur grabs an ice cold corona and inserts the lime and they all drink to their hearts content all the while they are speeding around Tahiti on their boat.

Here's a little fun fact: Tahiti was bought and owned by a massive family in 1899. One of them, in particular, was Arthur Morgan, who had spent more than what a human was worth. Strangely enough, only a few of the said kin went to Tahiti. The head of the family, named Plan duh Lin, had ignored the money Arthur spent. Going back to earlier, some of the kin's names who spent their lives at Tahiti were Kieran, Hosea, Lenny, Susan, Sean and many more. Another fun fact: Arthur died of lumbago.

Been there. Morey eels, black tipped sharks, even "petting" a passing manta ray (feels rubbery). Crystal clear water. unforgettable honeymoon in 2010.
