My child was born on low weight she is 10 months old now but doesn't sit by her own , neither crawl much , she's babbling a lot , trying to communicate with people , screams a lot , shake head randomly, slaps one side of head during night time , responds to name most of the time , and makes eye contact most of the time i don't understand if she got autism , randomly starts clapping

My baby is detected with pitt hopkins, however she is a very learning child and sometimes i feel that she is abnormal and somtimes not. She has some symptoms like less interaction, understanding the surrounding and low response when calling her name. Not a meaning word spoken till now , at 2 year age.

My son is 20months old has delayed speach, delayed developmental milestones, looks smaller than his age children, and does this hand flapping when ever he is happy or irritated.. one of the doctor we consult say they suspect him of spectrum disorder... I don't know how sure it is. But my child was affected by NEC when him born..and was under nicu care for more than a month... whether this can be an after effects of nec or its really autistic symptoms.. please reply me when ever you are free sir.
