I'm so angry, I'm so SICK AND TIRED of men who BELIEVE it is their RIGHT to take the lives of their spouse and children. IM EFFIN SICK OF IT, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT, NONE. I lived with DV for 7yrs and almost lost my own life so I do have experience to back my anger and words, there is NOTHING more cowardice than a man picking on people who can not match his power. IVE HAD ENOUGH.

@@ssherrierable are you trying to say that this killing was justified? And this woman didn't say til death do us part, they weren't married. Make sure when you take pictures and post them that location services are off and not being shared to social media. If you take pictures by anyone's car, make sure their license plate isn't showing. Change your number again if you must make sure your friends don't give hints to where you are to him or social media, make sure his whole family isn't in contact with you or your friends. If you are by a noticeable landmark (i.e: a state park, a monument, a famous location) in your new state, lie if you have to and say it's a vacation when you post the pic online Don't let your mail go to anyone who's address he knows. If you send/receive passages to a relative's house and he knows where they live use a fake return address My sister's abusive ex found her kids after a decade by stalking their posts on social media even though they had their names changed and it was to do with him stalking old friends/relatives and their whereabouts first.

I think the kid was probably dead when he entered the water, if that makes it any better. The alligator wouldn't just be floating about holding the body if it had actually had to kill him, it'd kill him and eat him. And if it'd killed him, the wee dude wouldn't be in one piece, not the way gators kill. So, I think dead first, poor wee guy.

@@jonnylumberjack6223 I don't have much of an idea how alligators kill but this was my first thought too. Wouldn't an alligator very quickly snap the body and "devour" it? Why swimming around with an unharmed body in its mouth? The autopsy will show. No one deserves to be killed though it's always so much harder to grasp when children are involved. He looked a happy little fellow...

@@martinamoskale2445 I'm in UK, we don't have cross or alligators in our waters. However, I have read that when they kill, they drag the victim down and then roll with them? Then, when the victim is dead, and the alligator may not be that hungry, they will stash the body under a rock for eating later. As I say, we don't have these predators in England, so I will welcome information from people who do have to put up with this danger.

Unbelievable. I'm wondering though, if the child was found a day or so after, & his body was intact, when did the alligator actually get hold of the child? Normally they take whatever 'prey' they get & bury it in the water at the bottom. So when did this child go in the water & where? The alligator had not buried the boy, or started consuming him when they found it. It's so gruesome & awful to think about. 😢

As an ex-Mormon and a woman who grew up in a very abusive household, I totally understand how, and why the mother did what she did. And how and why the police in Utah did what they did. Unfortunately, a lot of the fault, to me, and the blame falls to the Mormon church. Who effectively still runs and controls government in so many areas of Utah. And unfortunately, the Mormon church covers up this abuse, all the time! And because so many of the “system”officials are LDS, it is further covered up in the “system”, all the time! It is so sad, so tragic and so preventable!! But just like I went and tried to get help …help was denied. And at 61 I am still trying to heal from the amount of abuse that I went through as a child and that my nine siblings went through. My father was also very very concerned with public image. Especially with his public image at church! I too was the eldest and tried to protect them. It was a horrible existence!

At some point this country has got to deal with the problem of the increase of family annihilator cases. That begins with facing our problem with domestic violence, and the fact that so many of the law enforcement, lawyers, and judges (and often our state representatives that are supposed to be passing laws to protect us) we employ to deal with these cases are alleged or convicted abusers themselves. It’s out of control.

As a survivor of DV I understand how dangerous it can be to threaten to leave &/or leave. I got threats of death & I was 3 months pregnant. This man is so wicked it's hard to comprehend, but it's happening so often now. Look at all the cases of parents murdering children. He was obviously too young, too immature & an all round bad person. Women need to be so careful, having children that young with young men who are more like boys, is not a good thing. But yes it can happen at any age. We live in very increasingly dark & evil times. I will say, in this case, I doubt he googled anything. He just acted with anger & the evil in him. I think he murdered the mother in rage, then got rid of his child. Whether he killed the boy, before or after throwing him in the water, it's still intentional murder. I'm also tired of murder & heinous acts being put down to mental health issues - let's start calling it what it is, sin & a wicked mind & heart!!

Don't tell your abuser anything; move yourself and your kids somewhere where he can't find you and then do all the other stuff like file for divorce. It is a slow scary process leaving and you have to have a plan and be prepared. It is very hard for other's who haven't suffered domestic violence to understand the victims actions, however I nearly died at my ex's hands, by choking. It was a horrendous 6 years, but our Son was 2 years old and he'd smacked him and I could see his handprint, I couldn't ignore that. He had to go and he tried to kill me in front of him! Police did nothing, just sent me to the solicitors. This was 30yrs ago, but I still don't trust easily. I did the restraining orders, which he'd violate smash everything and just laugh at me. It's a very cold, dark, lonely place to live, with a destroyed, broken spirit. You spend most of the time walking on egg shells, and you just hope to get through that day without your head being kicked in. It's destroyed all my relationships since. It's pure hell xXx

Omg. This is so horrible! RIP to the beautiful mother and her 2year old little Angel! Just wow. I just can’t even begin to think about that poor little baby and what he went through. Wow. So sad. Pure evil! And don’t leave out Cell phone pings! Showing where they were! It really is crazy how these people google this evil stuff and then act on it. So horrible.

The "help" he was talking about was what he demanding of his family as in, "You need to do what I tell you in order for me to be ok and if you don't, you aren't helping me'.
