There are many recognized breeds of domestic goat (Capra aegagrus hircus). Goat breeds (especially dairy goats) are some of the oldest defined animal breeds for which breed standards and production records have been kept. Here I will show you some beautiful and also some very rare breeds such as the Blobe Goat and the Damara Goat.

Oh my goodness, I didn't even know some of these creatures existed! What beautiful animals! Thank yoh for posting this. I am 17 years old and living in the U.S. I currently raise Spainish and Spanish/Boer composite goats. I love goats very much.

I have always wanted a pet goat but where I currently live, within the city limits, there are not any livestock allowed at this point in time. great , nice video and good work . you forget The French or Purebred Alpine is one who traces back to only the original animals imported from France. and Bionda dell'Adamello. The Bionda dell'Adamello is an indigenous breed of domestic goat from the Val Camonica in the province of Brescia, in Lombardy in northern Italy. this goat is grandfather of the new toggenburg breed line and gives brown color for them

I didn't see any Nigerian Dwarves, Nubians, or Oberhaslis. These are my favorite goats. The goat I'm with in my profile picture is Kona my eight year old Nigerian Dwarf.

Other beautiful goat breeds are in the region of Pakistan and India all with spiral horns as well as the Girgentana breed they are: Dera Din Panah (DDP), Damani,Sindh Desi (Desi),Bagi Toori from Pakistan and Zalawadi from India 😉👍🏻

That fist one looks like the "Nederlandse landgeit" that is a dutch breed, but the goat have a bit shorter hair and they have more hair colours that chaince by each goat. (Sorry for my english im learning the langwich)

Very good video! But one of my favorite breeds of goat is the Boer goat. I have raised boer cross breeds, and have been around some full blood boers. I find them very beautiful, please give me your thoughts on the breed!

Hi, I think Boer goats are beautiful. The only reason, why I did not put them in my ranking, is that they are not an old historical breed, so there is no need to give them an upswing. They are already booming, and so its more important to make all the other breeds popular again. Best greetings from Austria
