Same! We just went on the wonder of the seas which was the largest cruise ship in the world when we booked it but it was the second biggest by the time we went on it! We loved it

Poor Lil Disney ship with it's kid-diddling music horns. My neighbor said Disney Wish and Fantasy were the worst cruise ships of the 11 that he and his family has been on and by the 2nd day they all were already bored. He said the Royal Caribbean ships are by far the best and most entertaining.

Why do we need to keep making more and more and more of these colossal ships? Because we can. Because it is profitable. Because people enjoy them and return every year because of the whole "Cruise Experience". Apparently you have never experienced the pleasure of a cruise ship. "Come to the dark side!" or rather "The light and breezy side." of life! There is no other vacation like it!

I've never been on a cruise ship but the architecture and different venues are obvious attractions to taking one. The downside is a greater population due to the larger ship's capacity.

It is not the ships I have a problem with, but the people on the ship. I don't do crowds well.

Sort of defeats the purpose of going on a cruise. You want to experience the true feeling if being a speck in the ocean, not on a huge floating high rise resort that feels more like on an island than a ship. Experience the misery of sea sickness, getting rocked in your bunk by the heavy swell and the sounds of the huge diesel engines pulsing like the ships heartbeat.

They got that many lifeboats on bored what I see on the side don't look that many but even if you did IT LOOKS LIKE THE MORE PEOPLE YOU HAVE ON A BOAT THE LONGER IT TAKES TO UNLOAD IT WHEN THE BOATS GOING DOWN BECAUSE SOME BOLTS DON'T WAIT THAT LONG SO HOW DO YOU DETERMINE IF THEY GOT ENOUGH TIME TO GET OFF NOT MENTIONING THAT MANY PEOPLE WILL BE CHAOS BOY NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU PRACTICE OR GET PREPARED FOR GETTING OFF WHEN THE REAL ISSUE HAPPENS A LOT OF THEM WILL BE MORE PANICKING THAN YOU THINK JUST SAYING 😎
