GOD be thanked someone found him and helped...please more warm thick blankets and pillows to soften around her bed and her body get heated lamp if possible to warm her up and warm mineral water please let her drink something 🙏🙏 please talk and hug this baby pup....so little left out cruelly oh terribly evil monsters did so much pain to her ....please save her and find her a loving human who understands dogs ..care love is much needed.........prayers and more donations for the medical and welfare needs of this beautiful puppy😢😢❤❤❤ Asia Japan 🗾

If the owner is known it must always be reported to the police to answer for animal cruelty and be hold responsible financially for all costs on rescuing shelter veterinary exams medication vaccines food harness clothing bedding till a permanent home. It must do that to set example on the consequences of animal cruelty. Also the local government is responsible for the protection and welfare of all animals and must be demanded from.
