Since this quarantine I have decluttered my whole life. Every week i have picked a new area of the house and have gone through every nick and cranny. It took me almost 2 weeks, which i feel so ashamed of, and have deep cleaned and scrubbed till i can't anymore. LOL I didn't realized till i was done how much brighter my house feels now. ☺️❤️

I have been deep cleaning and decluttering also. We have made several trips to the donation center AND the city dump. :) Our home feels peaceful.

My bathroom cabinets need decluttering immediately. This gave me the motivation to do that but I'll have to wait a while. It's 4:00 in the morning...yup insomnia...so I'll declutter when my husband wakes up. And I also have containers to use ...yipeeee ❤💚💜💙💛

I love how we have done some of the same things!!!! I keep my curlers, straighteners, and blow dryers in over the cabinet baskets too. I used utensils dividers to divide my makeup for the longest time. For years and years, I used caribiners to separate hair ties and bracelets and rings. I kept pausing the video to show my boyfriend. "Look! I do this too!!! Im a master!" Lol. I also use over the door towel/coat racks to divide necklaces. I dont have many.

This topic was so very helpful and practical. I just moved this week, and my bathroom is a complete disaster. I'm still unpacking and setting up the rest of the house, but everytime I walk into my bathroom I just turn right around and close the door. I consider myself to be very organized, but I think I was so good at it that I didn't know how much stuff I had. After watching this video I feel empowered to try again. I love the labels. I love how you use a bunch of stuff from the dollar store! You gave me that idea and that is how I organized my bathroom back almost a year ago! I love going to the dollar store and seeing if they have any organizational containers so I can try and make my space more organized without spending a bunch of money. Love your videos!

The bathroom items that i need to declutter the most is face masks and cleansers!! I hardly use face masks but few years back I bought a lot of them because there was a sale. And now most of them expired and my heart is broken. Anyways, lesson's learned. I live in a one bedroom apartment, but it's still roomy. So lots of opportunity for me to declutter during these times. Especially since I'm working from home, so obviously I dont wanna see an eyesore. I've been trying out lots of things recommended by your videos, and so far they're all pleasantly successful! Try to switch as the plastic things expire/stop working. It will save you money and slow your consumption (better for the environment).

So good! I love organizing, however..... I always seem to overwhelm myself. I can't stay focused on one area. So what I end up with is a colossal mess of all the rooms kind of everywhere. One object will spark an idea for a different area, and it just keeps going. How do you contain the organization process to one area?

@Alexa Valler Just do one thing/room/space at a time and if you think of things that work for another space, then start a note in your note app in your phone or get a cute notebook and create a page for each room, then leave yourself about 5 blank pages after that room title and start the next room on page 6 and so on. Write the idea down for each room on their respective pages. That way you don't forget them but can stay focused on the one task that you're doing. Also, start with working on your main areas first if you entertain.( Kitchen, Living Room/ Guest bath etc.)

Good advice Cami, cause I'm like Alexa. I have stuff out of place and when I take it where it belongs I start in that room. So I have to stay in one room until done and see the accomplished product. I even put what needs to go into another room in a laundry basket to be moved after I finish the task at hand.

I love lotions! I know I had too many half used big bottles, itty bittt bottles, creams, and what not. I took them all and laid them out and put away unopened or full ones and went about from emptiest to smallest to pair down and use it all. I also made sure my kids lotioned good before leaving for school each day and squirted them with lotion at random times during the day. (My family is notorious for not moisturizing regularly lol) went through it all, im currently in a lotion shortage!

Love this. I have a tiny (TINY) master bath with zero storage other than a small cabinet under the sink and a tiny one above the commode, but I was totally able to purge and reorganize it to work for me. I have zero counter space, BUT, was able to hang a cute carrier above it off to the side and it makes a HUGE difference. Thanks for the ideas. :)

Watching someone declutter is just as satisfying as doing it myself! haha Ever since getting prego and having my son (he's now 1) I have felt the urge to declutter our house once space at a time. I just love your practical tips!
