So, Bolit is stand for Bolen Lilit it means wrapped by puff pastry cake, basically something wrapped by a puff pastry cake. Most commonly banana wrapped by puff pastry cake but sometimes there's chocolate or cheese, it's authentic bandung puff pastry, some people outside Bandung, come to Bandung for that delicacy.
