I think what he said about hume there was inspired by his recent engagement with David Hume.

When I think of the tower I think to open its image on a screen but when I think of Homer I think to open the history page which suggests a kind of syncretic ontology going on between states of non-existence (phenomenological) and existence (my viewing the screen or page).

Actually it would because he is talking like he's the first human in existence to go against principle of explosion, with his own vague personal terminology and not explaining from the paraconsistent logic that all his stuff vitally depends on.
