It is truly amazing how much working out in the morning provides you motivation and focus throughout the day, not to mention a healthier lifestyle in general. I am a premed Army ROTC student, so I have to wake up at 5:30 AM four days a week for PT, and it kickstarts my day. Anyone here striving to pursue or already pursuing a challenging pathway (i.e., premed), DO NOT forsake your physical health because it will spill over into your academic health too. Ad Meliora! ---Toward better things

hey! I am doing well! These past 6 months have been the busiest of my life (I am not exaggerating) haha. Been studying for the MCAT, applying to medical schools, and doing other things like clinical volunteering. BUT I finished my postbacc program, am back in Miami, and planning on uploading consistently soon!
