An employee is below 58 and not on extension on1.1.2016. That employee becomes 58 years of age on 30.9.2016 and gets extension for one year and retired on 31.8.2017. 01.01.2016 ਤੋਂ 31.12.2020 ਤੱਕ pay ਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋਏਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਾਲ Gratuity ਰੀਵਾਇਜ਼ ਹੋਏਗੀ। ਜੋ ਵਾਧਾ ਘਾਟਾ ਹੋਏਗਾ ਓਹੀ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ।

Good morning Sir. ਕੋਈ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਸਤੰਬਰ 2018 ਵਿਚ ਰਿਟਾਇਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੂਨ 2019 ਵਿਚ ਉਸਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ।ਕਿ ਉਸਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਗਰੈਜੂਟੀ 20 ਲੱਖ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਟਾਈਮ 10 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਸੀ ।ਹੁਣ 10 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਮਿਲੁ ਗੀ। ਉਸਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਮੋਤ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ।
