($ 20) Make a sandblast of replaceable ceramic nozzles

The simple sandblaster I made earlier had the drawback that the nozzle was easily worn.
Therefore, I considered a mechanism that can be easily replaced by using a ceramic nozzle that is advantageous in wear resistance.
It can be made for approximately $ 20, including an air blow gun and ceramic nozzle.

Nice job! If you use plastic part for the T-joint, it withstands abrasive wear much better than cast iron or brass.

Be careful when sand blasting without gloves - I found that the grit bouncing back from the workpiece was sufficient to damage the skin of the hand holding the gun.

turn the bottle so it's underneath. From the hole add a thin pipe down into the bottle nearly to the bottom. This will cause the venturi-effect to suck the sand from the bottle, giving you a smooth stream of sand

I was thinking the same thing. Instead of being gravity fed, and possibly wasting material or clogging the tip, it will be sucked up and easier to manage.

Depending on the position of the material, it would be nice to add a 45 degree elbow so the sand bottle would stand upright. Great Job

This is killer! I know what I’m doing tomorrow. By the way, try drying your sand either in an oven or with silica packets, moisture in the sand freezes with the speed of the airflow

I use a siphon gun from a sandblasting cabinet. They run about $25. You simply stick the siphon tube in a bucket of sand.

自作を考えてる人の一番の悩みは砂を回収するかしないかだと思います。ウェットなら少し複雑になりますが回収は容易です。

一旦止めるとメディアがどっと出てしまうとか詰まり気味とか良いんじゃないかな。安価で簡単に作れてブラストが出来る。良いと思います。参考にしてみます。

I entered the 7 so called keywords and nothing worded :( the way i understand it they came from this "The simple sandblaster I made earlier had the drawback that the nozzle was easily worn." and keyword 0 is either nothing or space

砂が出にくいのは、重力よりも空気圧のほうが勝っているから。レバーを離した時に砂がドバッと出るハズ。レバーを握ったり離したりを繰り返したりして砂の量をコントロールすることができる。でもそれよりも、どうせ作るなら二穴式の構造の方がいいとは思う。

＞＞砂が出にくいのは、重力よりも空気圧のほうが勝っているから。穴が小さいからですよ、大きくすればスムーズに出ます。

Alright, I figured it out. The password is a 7-digit number composed of the 7 "keyword" numbers in the on-screen subtitles. Assemble them in the order they appear in the video and that is the password.

メディアタンクにも元圧を送ってやらないと、負圧と正圧を行き来して断続的にしかメディアが供給されないのでは？やや負圧になるように絞れば調子よさそう。

не знаю чем автор пользуется .. но .. лично я для домашгних поделок ..просто покупаю кварцевый песок25 кг в простом строительном магазине, как можно мельче фракцию , после просеиваю от смешанной более крупной фракции . ( песок желательно хранить в сухом месте или запаковывать в какую пластиковую посуду - бочку с крышкой) Пользуюсь в закрытом самодельном коробе с воронкой снизу и бачком сбора песка - с зади наверху короба вентиляция ...) чтобы песок экономить и для здоровья так-же. побокам откидные отвесртия чтобы что длинное песочить . короб простой из реек 6-6 см обит старым поликарбонатом, внтури , сверзу стеклянная колба от старых гаражных светил чтобы был свет внутрни для лучшего обзора рабочего места , а спереди простое калитка - стекло , как смотровое окно и защита глаз и прочего , ниже плотный обычный свободный брезент с подрезинеными отверстиями для рук внутри короба стелаж из обычной 12 арматуры чтобы детали для обработки класть. сейчас применяю коронки от небольших свечей зажигания ... брал китайские красные - на долго не хватате , увы. увидел эти белые .. решил попробовать на вшивость их. а брать серые наконечники из карбит бора .. увы .. уж слишком китаёси на много ценник задурманили к небесам..... простой песок - это дело не ах как катит - песок разовый так как быстро округляется фракция и быстро сыреет .. что не есть хорошо ...

私の人件費を自給換算すれば確実に大赤字です。ただ、TFさんと同じような意見をたまに目にしますが、極論で言うと、市販のサンドブラストを買うよりもそもそもサンドブラストしなくても済む既製品を買った方が安いですよね。ご自身の人件費を考慮すれば確実に既製品の方が安いと思います。ちょっと言い方が分かり難いですが、言っている意味が伝わるでしょうか？何故市販のサンドブラストを購入してまでDIYするかという理由と、何故赤字になってもブラストガンを自作するのかという理由は同じだと思っているのですが、いかがでしょうか？
