Maybe more shorts on what to do and what NOT to do to avoid injury etc. Maybe something for us women who struggle with that stupid menopause belly? I don't struggle with weight loss but that belly is annoying! For me.

brother how y'all doing this, i had to take a 5 minute break after 10 minutes 😭 Also thank you Nicole for these 20-30 minute videos, between college and work these little pilates sessions help me get a bit of excercise in, I've grown to fall in love with your videos, the last few weeks were exceptionally hard and coming to your page and listening to your voice and working out with you helped me a lot, I'd always just drop by your page whenever i feel overwhelmed or anxious, im really grateful to have found your videos

83 days ago I had a bilateral mastectomy to remove breast cancer. I have SLOWlY worked my way back to my former strength and flexibility. I can now do this complete video. 🎉 Surgery #2 is in two days, and I will go back to limitations for a while. But I am so happy that you have standing workouts and other tools that I can modify on my road to recovery. Nicole, my life is better for your work! Immeasurable gratitude sent your way.

Definitely feel ENERGIZED! I just wanted to say that I have always had a very complicated relationship with working out- I always felt mentally drained after going to the gym and I was always anxious working out around so many other people and felt like I wasn’t being in the moment, but I forced myself to go anyway and over time I just loathed working out. I was never able to find a consistency because of this and felt very discouraged. I looked a lot on exercise apps and online, but wasn’t able to find anyone I connected with until I found your KZfaq channel! this completely changed everything and I actually felt ENERGIZED and had a boosted mood after doing your workouts. It’s been a few months since I started your workouts and since then, I’ve noticed my attitude towards working out is infinitely better and I have been able to incorporate these workouts into a routine that I actually look forward to and have fun doing! a feeling I never had before. You’re the absolute best Nicole, and thank you so much for what you do!

I haven’t had time to do your workouts so I’ve been doing my own condensed versions from exercises out of your workouts that I could remember but it’s not the same. Today I did this 20 minute workout nd it was amazing. Would love to see more 15-20 minute express workouts. Somehow working out with you is way more intense than if when I make up my own 20 minute workout. I love it. Thank you!

My absolute favorite out of your already amazing collection of classes❤As a busy mum of young kids, and working full time, I really appreciate these short but powerful classes that somehow also manages to squeeze in relaxing stretches! I would love to see even more of similar classes like this. PS after following your classes for nearly 3 years I am in better shape than I was in high school😊 also a lot of persistent pain I had in my lower back and shoulder gone.

Thank you Nicole, as many are saying your workouts are gold and give me the inspiration to exercise everyday. I love the 20/25/30 minutes workout and I would love more lower body focus (like the one tight and booty which is amazing), abs and booty, and some pilates hiit done from you. Thank you! Ps.
