With this 20-minute standing barre workout that adds the added difficulty of weights, get ready to push yourself to new limits.
For individuals who want to tone and shape their muscles, enhance their balance and posture, and build their cardiovascular endurance, this full-body exercise is ideal.
The program is an excellent choice for general fitness because it involves a variety of exercises that target the legs, arms, glutes, and core. Utilizing weights increases the workout's difficulty and helps the muscles gain strength and definition. So let's get started and grab our weights! Grab a companion and perform this standing barre exercise together. It is appropriate for all fitness levels. After finishing it, don't forget to stretch and cool down.
Since my past lies in dancing, music has always played a big role in my life. For this reason, in my videos every movement is synchronized exactly to the beat of the music. In this way I want to show you the joy of movement and motivate you to go to your limits. What are you waiting for?

This was burner ! Im a disabled person with a foot problem. I did however have to stop several times but did manage till the end. I also had to hold on my chair and counter top for stability and did the modified options and still felt the burn. Thanks Lara! 💯👍🙂
